We begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm and focus the mind. Paranayma breathing improves oxygen supply, develops concentration by focusing the mind, relieves stress and anxiety by creating calmness and peace and boosts the immune system. A wonderful way to start the class. Our session continues with gentle yoga flow to move the body, release tension and increase energy levels. The session ends with a delightful savanna (relaxation) so you float away feeling fabulous for the rest of the day!

This is an evening where you can come and experience the benefits of reiki in a safe. calm and cosy environment meeting other likeminded souls.
This is a great way to experience the power of reiki but at a snippet of the price whilst meeting new people.
This is an excellent opportunity for you if: You have never tried reiki before and want to give it a go. You've tried it but you want to bring more reiki into your life. You are suffering from aches and pains that you cant get to the bottom of. You feel you have limiting beleifs that may be holding you back. You are suffering from stress or anxiety and you want to switch off, calm the mind and get a good night sleep.
Bring pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable (you will be lying on a yoga mat)
The session begins with setting an intention for the healing, then a guided mediation to completely relax the body and mind, then the reiki healing and then the session concludes with a discussion of how the session went for you and what shifts you felt.
