Join Louise and Jen from breathing space yoga for a full moon manifestation retreat day. This day is a truly transformative experience of yoga meditation, reiki, massage and law of attraction. Working with the seasons together we will help you set powerful intentions as we release the old and invite in inspiring new experiences into your life.
The Full Moon represents the most powerful point in the cycle, it is a time of high energy and high power and is a time to release and let go of all that no longer serves you, in order to welcome in the new.
This full moon is harvest full moon, a time for you to reap all that you have sown in the last month and to finally release and let go of things that no longer serve you. Full Moon’s allow you to cut down what you no longer need and to benefit from all the hard work you have put in to manifesting during the New Moon.
Full Moon’s are a potent time, and on a deeper level they activate us to merge with our full potential. They also help us to see things in a new light and often they can reveal things to us. Come join us for this magical day!
Outline for the day
Welcome tea & introductions as we gather together to tune into the energy and theme of the workshop.
Pranayama (deep breathing) helps you to ground yourself, to increase the flow of prana to our energy channels and helps you to deeply relax body and mind, releasing any tension or stress that you may be feeling
A beautiful slow yoga flow with Jen including moon salutations to connect to the elements and further increase your flow of positive energy around the body (suitable for all levels) The session finishes with a relaxation like no other, infused with reiki healing energy you will also experience the beautiful aromas of lavender and geranium essential oils as well as facial reflexology & head massage.
A delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided.
Full moon law of attraction, intention setting and releasing workshop. Let go of all that no longer serves you and get clear about what you would like to invite in. In this session Louise will gently guide you through a process of releasing the old and inviting in the new, you will leave with your own personal affirmation and set your intentions for the coming season, leaving you feeling clear, confident and refocused.
To close a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session. Yoga nidra is is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. Yoga nidra helps to relieve stress and is also a way to connect with your deeper, spiritual self. Unwind during this session and create a state of allowance and acceptance.
